REGISTRATION ESSENTIALS

• Registration Fee is USD $200 (plus a $12.50 registration or processing fee charged by Acive.com). Chinese nationals currently residing in the PRC will be permitted to register for $100 (plus the $12.50 registration or processing fee charged by Acive.com).
• Any registered competitor who withdraws prior to February 21, 2009 will receive a refund in the amount of USD $100. No refunds will be offered after February 21, 2009. (Refunds for Chinese nationals will be limited to $50.)
  
• Registration requires execution of a General Release
  and Waiver
• All participants must confirm their on-line registration in person at the Registration Center in Haikou not later than
  4 P.M. (local time) April 18, 2009.
• In-person confirmation of registration requires presentation of your passport.
• Payment of a refundable deposit fee of USD $20 will be required at the Registration Center for the ChampionChip used for timing. If you have your own ChampionChip, you may use it, but only after demonstrating to Registration Center personnel that is in working condition.
